Removing the DLLs does cause the EXE to complain they are missing. Removing Unit圜rashHelper64.exe in an attempt to force an error from Unity has no impact. Removing NAME_Data in an attempt to force an error from Unity has no impact. Unity output_log.txt file does not appear in AppData\LocalLow, nor does the Crashes folder. No windows, no splash screen, nothing, until I terminate the process with Task Manager. Unit圜rashHandler64 starts in Task Manager, RAM goes up to 2-3MB usage and stays there. The EXE starts and shows up in Task Manager. I am trying to run the project on those same machines, but it will not run. We're doing bug fixes to the project now, but now I am building with Unity 2018.3.7. We've upgraded our Unity versions and worked on other projects since then, but not needed to run them on those machines.
